RonnieRooster.com is a trading name of Gilmex International Limited and is
referred to in these terms and conditions as "we" "us" or "our".
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement in respect of the
RonnieRooster.com website and the items and services offered via the website. We
may amend and update these terms and conditions and therefore advise customers
to check them each time you intend to use the website.
If in the unlikely event any of these terms and conditions is found to be
incorrect this will not affect the validity of the remaining clauses which shall
remain fully enforceable.

When purchasing any items through RonnieRooster.com you will be contracting with
us.
Product description: Whilst we endeavour to list all items shown on the
website as true descriptions and as accurately as possible, slight variations
may occur in colour, fonts and layouts depending on your personalisation
options.
Prices and VAT: All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at
the current rate at the time your order is placed.
Returns and Refunds: Consumers are protected by the standards laid out by the EC Distance Selling Directive. This does not apply to customised products which have been proofed by the customer unless they arrive damaged or differ from the online proof. If your purchase is not for a customised product, you can return your purchase within 7 days from receipt of your order, specifying whether a refund, credit note or replacement is required. Goods must be returned to the address on our contact page in their original, unused condition together with their original packing and your receipt details.
Return of defective goods: Whilst we endeavour to despatch your items to
you in perfect condition, occasionally products can be damaged in transit.
Customers are requested to check your items immediately upon arrival. Should you
find your items to be damaged, please contact us immediately to advise of the
defect and return the items to us, at your own expense within 3 days of receipt.
We will offer to reimburse what you have paid for your items to your
credit/debit card or re-print and re-send the items to you.
Complaints: All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. We
aim to resolve any complaints within 14 days and will keep you informed during
the process.
Privacy and Security Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy
and will only use information we collect from you in accordance with the Data
Protection Act 1998.
We will not sell or pass your name, address or any e-mail address to any third
party unless we are legally obligated to do so. We may use this information to
contact you with new products and seasonal offers.
Our secure server software (SSL) is the industry standard and is amongst the
best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all
your personal information – including your credit or debit card number – name
and address so it cannot be read as the information travels of the internet.
Therefore anyone ‘listening’ to traffic en-route can make no sense of the
number.
Website Use: You agree not to use RonnieRoster.com directly or indirectly
for any unlawful purpose or to cause any offense or distress to any person. We
reserve the right not to process your order if we decide you are using the
website for such purposes and may ban you from placing orders with us in the
future. In such an event, we will refund any payment made by you for said
orders. We reserve the right to make amendments to the website and products and
services we offer without notice to you.
